All rugs are handmade. Production takes 3-4 weeks, depending on size and design.

2. Do you accept custom designs?

Yes! — names, characters, logos, and aesthetic patterns. If you’re unsure, just send a reference photo. I do not accept picture of people as a custom design.

3. How much do custom rugs cost?

Pricing depends on size, design complexity, and detailing. Message me for a quote or check the pricing section.

4. What sizes do you offer?

I offer small, medium, and large rugs, plus custom sizing. If you need a specific size, just ask.

5. What materials do you use?

All rugs are made with 100% acrylic yarn, strong backing, and professional finishing to ensure durability and long-lasting color.

6. Do you ship?

Yes! I ship anywhere in the U.S. Shipping options are shown at checkout.

7. Can I return or exchange my rug?

Because each rug is custom-made, I do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, I will fix or replace it.

8. Can I cancel my order?

Yes — you can cancel within 24 hours of purchasing. After that, production may have started.

9. How do I care for my rug?

• Spot clean with mild soap and water

• Do not put in a washing machine

• Vacuum gently

• Avoid placing in high-moisture areas
