All rugs are handmade to order. Please allow 3-4 weeks for production, depending on the size and design.

Shipping time

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days (U.S. shipping).

Shipping Costs


Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and rug size.

Order Updates


You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once your rug ships.

Returns & Cancellations

Because all rugs are custom-made, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once production begins.

However:

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchasing. After that, work may have started and cancellation may not be possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Email me within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

I will remake or replace your rug at no extra cost if the problem was on my end.

Lost Packages

If a package is marked as “delivered” but not received, please contact the carrier first.
If it cannot be located, message me and I’ll do my best to help.
